What little things in your life have you been putting off that would take 5 minutes? Below are some of the things that I've accomplished in 5 minutes that have made a big difference in my life.
-Make a plan of the 5-10 most important things I need to do the following day.
-Sit or lay quietly and meditate on breathing before getting in the shower to start my day.
-Touch up that chipped paint on the doorway with a Q-tip that you've been walking by for the last 3 years, each time saying I need to get around to that.
-Pray
-Make a list of things around your home and office that would take you less than 15 minutes to complete if you focused all of your energy at one time on them. Then take 1 day to knock them all out.
-Write down 5 things you accomplished this week and why they were important.
-Make scrambled eggs for breakfast instead of grabbing some processed pastry on the way out he door.
-Go through your closet and give away any shirt you haven't worn in 3 months.
-Send someone a thank you email.
-Review my goals. If you don't have any written down, write them down. Having them in your head doesn't count.
-Schedule a massage
-Track the tiny steps you need to take everyday to make your goals a reality.
